On June 5th, coinciding with the Grain in Ear season, the Talent Office of Wujiang Development Zone, in collaboration with Bozhon Precision Industry Technology Co., Ltd., organized the "Hopeful Fields Rice Planting Event and Leading Talent Experience Exchange Activity". Founders, business managers, and representatives from various sectors within the development zone, including biomedicine and new materials, were invited to visit and learn at Bozhon Precision.

The first activity for the talent representatives at Bozhon was to roll up their trousers and join the employees in the fields to plant rice seedlings, experiencing the joy of rice planting firsthand.

Bozhon Science and Technology Park retains a plot of land of about one-third of an acre, where only two types of crops are planted: rice and rapeseed, perfectly transitioning through the four seasons of the year. This setup not only allows employees to experience the pastoral joy during their rest times and feel the changes as plants grow and mature throughout the seasons, but it also symbolizes that although we have moved from an agricultural society to an industrial one, Bozhon must not forget its roots and must always serve the public with wisdom and technology.

Subsequently, the delegation visited the Bozhon Precision Engineering exhibition hall to gain an in-depth understanding of the company's development history, research and development strength, and product applications. In front of Bozhon's independently developed automatic mouse production line, everyone used their smartphones to scan, experiencing the joy of instant ordering, instant production, and personalized customization of mice.

Visitors expressed that in the era of big data, with the rapid development of the internet, the experience of placing orders through the platform for instant production and delivery to customers has motivated them to accelerate their research and development pace, striving to join the ranks of global sales on big data platforms as soon as possible.

In the third part of the event, Bozhon Precision Engineering's HR Director Yu Jun, Deputy Director Yang Wenxin, Head of Talent Development Wang Liping, among others, engaged in a cordial conversation with all the guests.

Wang Liping shared with everyone a thematic report on building a talent system based on strategy, covering four aspects: talent cultivation, dual channels for talent development, integration of industry and education, and future strategies.
