The Bozhon Precision Engineering HR Transformation Project Kick-Off Meeting Was Successfully Held!

On May 27, 2021, the HR Transformation Project Kick-off Meeting of Bozhon Precision Engineering was held at the group's headquarters, where Bozhon Precision Engineering officially signed a contract with Chuan Shi Wisdom for the corporate HR transformation project.

Attendees of the meeting included the Group President, Bozhon Precision Engineering Chairman Lü Shaolin, heads of various organizational units, members of the transformation team, Chuan Shi Wisdom Chairman Wang Zhifang, President-level Consultant Qin Guolin, Senior Consultant Xu Jianping, and Consultant Teacher Chen Hongxi. The meeting was chaired by Yang Wenxin, Deputy Director of the HR Department's Administrative Center.

At the meeting, President Lü elaborated on the importance of human resource management for the company's long-term development from the perspective of the company's long-term growth. He emphasized that human resource management is a collective task of all departments and that the HR transformation project requires the full commitment and attendance of all departments. He expressed hope that in this great era, we could seize the opportunity, embrace change, and devote ourselves to the practice of transformation. All project team members should fully engage and perform their duties, refining themselves and cultivating talent through the process of change.

At the meeting, Chairman Wang Zhifang of Chuan Shi Wisdom pointed out that we are currently in the VUCA era. By learning from benchmarks, he proposed the concept that "talent may not necessarily be the core competitiveness of a company, but effective management of talent is." He also introduced the principles of transformation, which include "first becoming rigid, then optimizing, and finally solidifying," as well as the "seven oppositions" principle. He advocated for the participation of all departments in the transformation to co-create, foster an atmosphere, and form a culture of change, hoping that we all adhere to the transformation concepts and culture.

Senior Consultant and Project Director of the Transformation Project at Chuan Shi Wisdom, Mr. Xu Jianping, introduced the overall framework, content, and plan of the Bozhon Human Resources Transformation Project, as well as the project's operational mechanisms. He also defined the roles of project members and set forth specific requirements.

At the meeting, Yu Jun, the Director of the Human Resources Administration Center, spoke. He first reviewed the historical evolution of Bozhon's human resource management, analyzed the current state of the company's human resources, identified existing problems, and emphasized the importance and necessity of transforming human resource management.

Jiang Jian, the Vice President of the Group and General Manager of Digital Energy Operations, was invited to speak. While expressing strong support for the human resources transformation project, he pointed out the deficiencies in human resource management, set forth requirements and expectations for the transformation project, and advocated for active participation and full commitment from all departments in the project.

At the meeting, all participants took an oath to "bravely undertake new missions and create new situations."
