On March 31, Section Chief of Survey Division I of the Policy Research Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and second-level inspector Guo Cheng, Deputy Director-general of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Jiangsu Province Zhang Hongwei, Director General of Suzhou Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Zhu Zheng and Director General of Wujiang District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau Zhang Yan and the delegation inspected production & management and labor condition, employee training and wage income of BOZHON. Ding Xu from the HR Department and Hao Dachuan from the Administrative Department received the delegation and participated in the inspection.

In the Smart Experience Hall, leaders had a detailed understanding of BOZHON's development history, business layout and technological innovation achievements in industrial equipment manufacturing, etc.

In the symposium, Section Chief of Survey Division I of the Policy Research Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and second-level inspector Guo Cheng mentioned that enterprise was a main force promoting employment and their production and management condition was closely related to labor condition. He hoped that the delegation could understand production & management and labor condition, employee recruitment, training and wage income, and suggestions for the Human Resources and Social Security Department for the purpose of mutual promotion.

Ding Xu from the HR Department answered the questions of the delegation, saying BOZHON received a lot of orders recently, mainly in consumer electronic equipment, new energy battery equipment and semiconductor high-end equipment. Except for domestic business, the Company also continuously expands overseas business in Turkey, India and Vietnam, etc. The Company needs R&D, technical and overseas sales staffs and recruits employees mainly from HR service agencies, vocational colleges and the talent market of Wujiang District and Development Zone.

BOZHON also attaches importance to employee training. In 2022, the Company was titled Suzhou Intelligent Manufacturing High-skilled Talent Public Training Base, which was high approval and strong support of superior departments for its skill training. In mid and late April this year, BOZHON will organize Wujiang District Intelligent Manufacturing Manipulator Skill Competition to promote training and improve skills of company and industry talents. Employees who participate in the training or obtain an occupational skill certificate will enjoy the priority of salary increase and promotion, with salary income higher than industry average and substantial assistance and support for personal income tax credit, talent policy declaration, point-based household registration and planned school enrolment of children.
