Professor John Thong, Dean of the Faculty of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the National University of Singapore, delivered a speech: He expressed his deep gratitude for Broaden's donation and support to the SAMI laboratory. He mentioned that robotics and artificial intelligence are significant fields. Although the widespread adoption of robots will to some extent replace human jobs, he optimistically views that the development of robots and artificial intelligence will also create more job opportunities. Singapore is experiencing rapid population aging, leading to a high demand for robots. The National University established a robotics center a few years ago and places great emphasis on research in the field of robotics. In these research topics, they have discovered many new insights. For this reason, he is very thankful for Broaden's donation, which provides them with opportunities for learning and research, and he also hopes for deeper cooperation between the two parties in the future.
