During March 28 to 29, Section Chief Zhang Zhaoxin of Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) Science and Technology Development Division, Director Zhang Yaqi and teacher Huang Junkai and the delegation visited BOZHON and had a symposium, with CEO of BOZHON Wang Xinhua, Vice-president Yu Song, head of the Technological Innovation Center Fu Jiangbo, Deputy Director of the HR Center Ding Xu and other leaders participating.
First, Yu Song showed welcome to the delegation of Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) and pointed out extensive cooperation opportunities in many aspects. He attached importance of technical cooperation with colleges and universities to R&D of BOZHON and stressed a must to transform academic research results of colleges and universities into productive force.
Section Chief Zhang Zhaoxin stated that technological development functioned as a bridge in university-enterprise cooperation and can gather the wisdom of all departments of three campuses of Harbin Institute of Technology to ensure R&D of BOZHON. He regarded university-enterprise cooperation as a two-way choice, which must adhere to the principle of altruism for sustainable cooperation.
Afterwards, both sides had deep exchange and discussion about technical cooperation direction, innovative talent cultivation, joint declaration of awards and network information security.
During March 30 to April 1, Director of the Science and Technology Development Division Wang Yaqi accompanied professor Dong Quanli, Vice-dean of School of Science and professor Wang Fuqiang of School of New Energy to have a technical exchange with BOZHON. Head of the Technological Innovation Center Fu Jiangbo led the delegation to visit the exhibition hall, the semiconductor equipment R&D laboratory and the production workshop. Through personal experience, observation and introduction, the technical panel of Harbin Institute of Technology (Weihai) had a deeper understanding of BOZHON's development history, enterprise culture, business scope and technical direction and a clearer cognition of its major R&D equipment and key technologies.
After the visit, the technical R&D team of several businesses led by the Technological Innovation Center participated in the technical exchange. Based on BOZHON's technical requirements and two experts' research areas, both sides showed related research data and partial hardware materials and elaborated and deeply discussed technological difficulties.
Finally, both sides expressed their willingness to act in subsequent cooperation in key technologies for semiconductor equipment, heat management and unpowered refrigeration technique and discussed other possibilities of joint R&D in the future, in the hope of making more achievements in subsequent technical cooperation.
R&D ability of enterprise largely determines their competitiveness and developmental sustainability. In line with the technical philosophy of "A generation of sale, a generation of reserve and a generation of advanced research", BOZHON continuously deepens technical cooperation with Harbin Institute of Technology and strives to become a world-class sustainable equipment manufacturer by virtue of scientific research.
