The button battery appearance inspection equipment adopts a dual-channel linear multi-station structure and deep learning artificial intelligence algorithms for comprehensive inspection, with an accuracy of up to 0.01mm. It is suitable for detecting wrinkles, lifting, bubbles, scratches, and other issues.
The lithium battery 2D and 3D inspection equipment uses a turntable design to reduce material handling time, a large target camera + high-definition dual telecentric lenses to ensure OMM dimensional accuracy. It has broad applicability and can accommodate a variety of battery products.
The laptop 2D and 3D inspection equipment replaces traditional point lasers with line lasers for higher accuracy and faster speed. It uses a pyramid calibration block to stitch together multiple scans of point clouds, achieving a stitching accuracy of within 0.01mm. It is compatible with laptops of different sizes, including 13, 15, and 17 inches.
