From July 3rd to July 5th, 2020, the China (Shanghai) Machine Vision Exhibition and Machine Vision Technology and Industrial Application Seminar were held at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai). This exhibition attracted more than 3,000 participating companies, covering an area of 160,000 square meters. 3D cameras are suitable for inspection and measurement scenarios with micron-level precision. Combined with industrial projectors optimized for structured light technology and equipped with industrial stereo cameras, they achieve high-resolution and high-precision measurements while maintaining extremely high measurement stability.
The mobile phone appearance inspection equipment features a compact structural design that enables 360-degree comprehensive inspection without dead angles. Its excellent optical design, with various combined light sources, can achieve the best imaging effects. The advanced software and image processing algorithms can stably detect pixel-level defects. Furthermore, it can utilize deep learning methods for defect detection and classification, significantly reducing the false positive rate.
The CR-100 code reading camera is an autofocus barcode reader capable of simultaneously reading various barcodes or QR codes. It is efficient and fast in reading, widely used in assembly lines, warehousing, logistics, printing, and other scenarios.
Industrial projection modules based on DLP micromirror chipsets are suitable for solutions requiring programmable high-speed light patterns.
Artificial intelligence software based on visual neural and deep learning methods, solving positioning and recognition, defects in industrial scenarios.
Equipped with a 1.1-inch target surface 12 million pixel CMOS chip, this area array camera with a CameraLink interface has a maximum frame rate of 67 frames per second.
