BOZHON Obtains the Right to Independently Evaluate Senior Professional Titles, Empowering the Development of Industrial Talents

On April 2, the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Department of Industry and Information Technology jointly held a meeting on the decentralization of senior professional title evaluation rights for key enterprises in the province's "Building Peaks and Strengthening Industrial Chains", and 61 enterprises officially obtained the right to independently evaluate senior professional titles. This is the first time in China that the authority to evaluate senior professional titles has been systematically delegated from the provincial level to key private enterprises in the industrial chain, marking a new stage in the reform of the professional title evaluation system and injecting strong impetus into the development of talents in private enterprises. As early as 2019, BOZHON was approved by an authoritative department and obtained the qualification for independent evaluation of intermediate professional titles in mechanical engineering, becoming one of the few intelligent manufacturing enterprises in the industry with the right to independently evaluate professional talents.

According to the latest statistics, BOZHON has carried out five independent professional title evaluations, and a total of 67 outstanding talents have obtained intermediate engineer qualification certification through internal evaluation. At present, the Company has a total of 745 employees with senior, intermediate and junior professional titles, including 1 with the senior professional title, 11 with the deputy senior professional title, 185 intermediate engineers and 548 assistant engineers.
