Heavy Truck Chassis Type Battery Swap Station The initial model of the Heavy Truck Chassis Battery Swap Station utilizes mobile energy vehicles to rotate batteries; a battery replacement robot adds and unlocks batteries from the bottom of the vehicle, visually determining the battery position. The robot uses a gear rack drive and is equipped with XYZR and a flat floating axis for flexible battery swapping. The second-generation station uses a fixed battery swap station, achieving in-station charging and swapping. The battery swapping robot adds a Z-axis tilt floating shaft, and the station's footprint is reduced by more than half.
