The high-speed thermal composite cutting and stacking integrated machine jointly developed by Bozhon and customers has shown excellent performance in the field of power battery manufacturing, and it is designed for die-cutting lamination process. It is the fastest stacking equipment in the world at present, and the single layer speed can reach 0.125s.

And another cutting and laminating equipment, the three-station cutting and stacking integrated machine, performs well in the Z-stacking process of power/energy storage batteries. Compared with similar products, this equipment is more compact and can effectively improve the space utilization rate of the factory building. The design of its double-acting mechanism significantly improves the working efficiency of single station.

In the stage of liquid injection machine, Bozhon introduced the liquid injection machine for blade aluminum shell is specially designed for the automatic liquid injection batch production of blade aluminum shell lithium-ion battery. Vacuum injection and infiltration are adopted to ensure that the electrolyte can be better absorbed, thus improving the performance of the battery. At the same time, the double tank design of the equipment effectively solves the bubble problem and ensures the accuracy and stability of liquid injection.

There is also a cylindrical steel shell liquid injection machine specially designed for full-automatic liquid injection batch production of cylindrical steel shell lithium-ion batteries, which adopts high-pressure and equal-pressure liquid injection technology to ensure that the battery does not swell and deform during the liquid injection process, and at the same time avoids damage to the explosion-proof membrane, so that the electrolyte can be quickly infiltrated and absorbed.

In addition to stand-alone equipment, Bozhon also demonstrated an efficient and flexible Pack automatic assembly line that can fully automate the production process and is compatible with various types of batteries, as well as the overall solution of the lithium-ion battery production line that can be customized according to the actual needs of customers. The solution has the characteristics of high stability and reliability, high flexibility and intelligence, which can greatly improve the product quality of lithium-ion batteries and meet the production and manufacturing needs of power batteries and energy storage batteries.
