I. Development History of Bozhon School-Enterprise Cooperation


Bozhon Precision Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. started school-enterprise cooperation with universities since 2010. After nearly ten years of continuous development, school-enterprise cooperation has reached a certain scale.


In the early stage of school-enterprise cooperation, the enterprise simply started from the perspective of human resource needs, asking schools for human resource support. By 2014, with the rapid development of the intelligent manufacturing industry, Bozhon entered the fast track of development. The shortage of skilled talents affected the timely delivery of company products. With the help of Suzhou Industrial Vocational Technical College, Hunan Railway Vocational and Technical College, and other schools, nearly 500 students were sent to support Bozhon in time, solving the labor shortage problem of the enterprise that year and achieving timely product delivery. At the same time, after half a year of internship in the company, students learned knowledge not available in textbooks and mastered many key technical skills in the automation industry. After the internship, many students chose to work at Bozhon because they loved the automation industry. The fact made Bozhon realize that through school-enterprise cooperation, the enterprise could obtain many high-quality human resources from the school side, and the enterprise could also help schools in a series of issues such as internship positions, technical skill training, talent cultivation program formulation, teacher team training, and improvement of practical training conditions, especially when the cognition of both school and enterprise sides reaches the same dimension, school-enterprise cooperation can enter a (natural) transcendent state.


To deepen school-enterprise cooperation, Bozhon College was established in 2017, making school-enterprise cooperation have a main responsible department. As of 2021, Bozhon College has more than 8,000 square meters of dedicated training venues, more than 300 types of training facilities, more than 40 full-time and part-time training instructors, developed more than 20 sets of training materials and courseware, and carried out school-enterprise cooperation with more than 40 colleges and universities in China, accepting more than 2,000 students to study and intern at Bozhon every year. In the past three years, more than 120 college teachers have been accepted for corporate practice, more than 10 scientific research cooperations have been carried out, and more than 1,200 people have been trained for enterprises by colleges. Through industry-education integration, Bozhon and schools have formed a complementary talent cultivation model. After training, studying, and interning in the enterprise, students graduate with professional knowledge and work skills that would have taken 2-3 years to acquire in the past, becoming highly skilled talents welcomed by enterprises and significantly enhancing students' employability.


II. Three-Year Action Plan for Industry-Education Integration


(1) Establish the "Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Vocational Education Industry-Education Integration Alliance"


Suzhou Industrial Vocational Technical College, Suzhou Economic and Trade Vocational Technical College, Hunan Railway Vocational and Technical College, Wuxi Vocational Technical College, Nanjing Information Vocational Technical College, Henan Mechanical and Electrical Vocational Technical College, Suzhou Information Vocational Technical College, Suzhou Higher Vocational Technical School, Wu Zhong Secondary Vocational Technical College, Wujiang Secondary Vocational Technical College, Heilongjiang Agricultural Engineering Vocational Technical College, Lanzhou Modern Vocational Technical College, and other vocational colleges, as well as Bozhon Precision Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. (listed company), Maiwei Technology Co., Ltd. (listed company), Saiteng Company (listed company), Fuqiang Company, and other equipment manufacturing enterprises, jointly initiated the establishment of the "Equipment Manufacturing Vocational Education Industry-Education Integration Alliance."


The alliance adopts a rotating chairman unit system under the leadership of the board of directors, implementing a "five-unified" (unified professional names, unified talent training programs and curriculum standards, unified planning of textbooks, unified practical training arrangements, unified employment system) talent training model within the alliance, fully leveraging the important role of industry enterprises in vocational education, cultivating a large number of high-level technical and skilled talents, and supporting the demand for high-skilled talents in the development of the intelligent equipment automation industry.


(2) Build the Wujiang Economic Development Zone Intelligent Manufacturing High-Skill Talent Training Base


Bozhon Precision Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. assists the Wujiang Economic Development Zone government in building the "Wujiang Development Zone Intelligent Manufacturing High-Skill Talent Training Center," which has a training venue of nearly 4,000 square meters and can accommodate 200 trainees for learning.


(3) Increase the Construction of Training Instructor Teams


Continue to select and train a group of excellent training instructors from engineers and skilled talents, hire excellent teachers from universities to train them, enhance the enterprise instructors' ability to produce courseware, classroom management ability, and teaching ability, help them optimize training courseware, formulate a complete training assessment scheme, enabling them to transform their rich practical experience into high-quality teaching resources, better serving trainee training.


(4) Help Schools Reconstruct Talent Cultivation Programs and Develop Teaching Resources


Promote the reconstruction of talent cultivation programs by cooperative colleges: Organize professional teachers, senior engineers, and excellent technicians from the "Intelligent Equipment Manufacturing Industry-Education Integration Alliance" to discuss and formulate talent cultivation programs for high-level technical and skilled talent training in the intelligent equipment manufacturing industry, making talent cultivation programs closer to enterprises and actual work technical skills.


Promote teaching reform: Design the teaching process according to the law of human cognition from perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge, adopt an alternating work-study teaching model, increase the proportion of practical teaching and strengthen practical teaching, move the classroom from classrooms and training rooms to "line fields" and "workplaces," change lectures to "hands-on practice," use process standards as assessment standards, fully improve students' actual work skills and work efficiency, achieving "capable of taking up a post in school, ready for a job upon graduation."


Promote the development of characteristic teaching materials: Organize resources within the alliance, develop characteristic professional textbooks such as "Intelligent Equipment Electrical Design, Assembly, Debugging Technology," "Intelligent Equipment Mechanism Design, Assembly, Debugging Technology," "Intelligent Equipment Pneumatic Design, Assembly, Debugging Technology," "Intelligent Equipment System Control Design, Debugging Technology," "Intelligent Equipment Assembly Process Management and Quality Management," etc., according to the industry's evaluation standards for high-level technical and skilled talents. The textbooks highlight technical application and skill mastery, emphasize the proficiency level of skill mastery and process standards, and incorporate product process standard cognition, SOP formulation methods, product quality management, warehouse management, project management, and other contents into the textbooks.


Promote the development of characteristic teaching resources: To help students understand technology and master skills faster and better, develop 300 3D dynamic animation teaching resources, visually demonstrating the function and principle of components. Develop 200 sets of characteristic practical training devices and devices.


(5) Improve the Assessment System and Certificates


Jointly formulate a skill cultivation assessment system with cooperative colleges, set assessment standards, and design certificates.


(6) Promote the Training of "Dual-Qualified" Teachers


Continue to help schools train "dual-qualified" teachers, accepting 5-10 teachers to Bozhon for secondment learning every year, providing secondment training teachers with a monthly allowance of 3,000 RMB per person.
