On the afternoon of July 21, the China Machine Vision Aids Intelligent Manufacturing Innovation and Development Conference and VisionChina2021 (Beijing), hosted by the China Machine Vision Industry Alliance (CMVU) and organized by Messe München Shanghai Co., Ltd., opened at the Beijing International Convention Center.
The conference, themed "Intelligent Manufacturing Leading High-Quality Development," featured a main forum and several sub-forums, unfolding 43 specialized reports on six cutting-edge machine vision topics. It deeply analyzed the application of machine vision technology in the innovative development of intelligent manufacturing, providing a Chinese solution for the intelligent development of machine vision technology and application fields worldwide. Bozhon Precision Engineering appeared as a forum guest at the conference, showcasing its application achievements in the field of machine vision to industry peers.
On July 22, in the sub-forum titled "Precision Imaging and Vision Application," Mr. Zhu Jiangbing, the Chief Technology Officer of Bozhon Precision Engineering Co., Ltd., delivered a keynote speech on "Machine Vision Assisting in the Sorting of Photovoltaic Silicon Wafers." He explained how, against the backdrop of rapid development in artificial intelligence, Bozhon Precision Engineering has seized market opportunities in the photovoltaic industry and driven industrial intelligence in the field of machine vision as a "dual wheel."
Zhu Jiangbing stated that under the trend of carbon neutrality, the global energy structure is accelerating its adjustment, and the cost-effectiveness of photovoltaic power generation continues to improve. The photovoltaic industry is very likely to become a national business card for China in the future. Given its huge market potential, optimizing the production capacity of photovoltaic silicon wafer production lines is of paramount importance for the current development of the industry.
Based on this idea, Zhu Jiangbing highlighted to the attendees the silicon wafer AOI sorting equipment launched by Bozhon, which is dedicated to helping enterprises solve problems of improving quality, increasing efficiency, and reducing costs in the silicon wafer sorting process at the upstream stage of the photovoltaic solar energy industry chain.
Bozhon Silicon Wafer AOI Sorting Equipment
The measurement system in the silicon wafer inspection and sorting equipment is the core part of the entire device. Bozhon Precision Engineering, through machine vision and other technologies, achieves the detection of characteristics such as silicon wafer size, scratches, warping, chipping, microcracks, dirt, and electrical performance. In the design of the inspection station, a flexible and modular design scheme is adopted. While standardizing output, it can also expand to include minority carrier lifetime and carrier concentration testing according to user needs.
In recent years, replacing humans with machines, that is, using machine vision or automatic optical inspection instead of manual vision, to achieve online efficient automatic detection and quality control of product component manufacturing quality, has been favored by many industries. Bozhon has been professionally engaged in the system integration of industrial equipment manufacturing systems for 20 years, always adhering to the original intention of automation. With its strong R&D capability, it has become a leader in the field of industrial vision and is committed to developing machine vision core components with more core competitiveness, creating greater value for customers.
