At 10 a.m. on March 20, 2017, Qisheng Technology's whole plant planning and intelligent factory project launch meeting was held on the third floor of Jiaxing Qisheng Technology Factory. Members of the tripartite project team of Bozhon, Siemens and Qisheng Technology attended the kick-off meeting and delivered speeches.
He explained on the spot the development trend of intelligence under the general trend of drastic changes in the times and the severe challenges of the external market. The next generation of manufacturers will be highly agile, intelligent enterprises that leverage big data and analytics to collaborate with their ecosystem of partners along the value chain to facilitate decision-making, improve performance and manage complexity.
Later, Mr. Long Tan and Mr. Liu Zhenjiang from Qisheng Technology, Mr. Wu Qingzhou from Bozhon, and Mr. Wang Canqiao from Siemens respectively introduced the project background and organizational structure, daily project management and incentive mechanism, project goals and progress schedule, and project implementation plan. and project output results. There are six key steps in this project: digital vision, assessment and benchmarking, lean layout planning, manufacturing automation, manufacturing informatization, and digital roadmap. The key guarantee for the success of the project is the teamwork of the three parties.
After introducing the entire project, Mr. Yang Yuqiang from Bozhon Precision Technology Co., Ltd. made a summary speech. This tripartite cooperation is a combination of China and the West. We should learn from Siemens' experience and at the same time make use of China's local experience, manufacturing advantages and Qisheng Technology's clear positioning of product lines to create a future benchmark factory in the furniture industry. By determining the future factory model and building more Chinese century-old enterprises, Qisheng Technology took the lead in taking this step, setting an example and bringing a better framework and demonstration to the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.

After the speeches of all parties, the three parties conducted a signing and oath-taking ceremony. As a result, the Qisheng Technology Intelligent Chemical Factory project was officially launched.
During the implementation of this project, Bozhon conducted preliminary research on the customer's product process and provided professional consulting and analysis: from management standardization, production process standardization, intelligent logistics, automatic production transformation, upgrade and verification, automated three-dimensional warehousing, digitalization Analyze aspects such as the introduction and upgrading of informatization one by one and provide rationalized overall planning ideas and preliminary plans. In the end, it was unanimously recognized by Qisheng Technology and Bozhon was selected as the main partner in the whole plant planning to fully lead the implementation of the new smart factory planning in Qisheng Technology Park.
At the same time, Siemens of Germany, as the supplier of Qisheng Technology's PLM products, also participated in the whole plant planning project. This epoch-making cooperation proves that the domestic whole-plant planning solution team has the same or higher position as world-class enterprises. Coupled with Qisheng Technology's leading position in the electric bed industry, and through this strong three-party cooperation, I believe this project will become a benchmark in the industry and will also become a high-profile smart factory project at home and abroad.
