Bozhon Has Been Awarded the CMMI L3 Certification, Further Enhancing the Company's Management Level and Brand Value

From July 6th to July 8th, 2018, after three days of evaluation and certification, Bozhon successfully passed the professional certification and was awarded the CMMI L3 certification. In the next three years, Bozhon will continue to upgrade its CMMI system certification, striving to obtain the CMMI L5 system certification three years later. This effort will help Bozhon improve the quality and progress of its software development processes and enhance its brand image.

CMMI stands for Capability Maturity Model Integration. Its purpose is to assist software enterprises in managing and improving their software engineering processes, enhancing their development and improvement capabilities, so as to develop high-quality software on time and within budget.

During the CMMI L3 certification process and subsequent research, the coaching teacher, through certifying the company and conducting surveys on the company's financial budget team, human performance function group, and other department personnel, identified some deficiencies in the company's project management, research and development, and support. He provided constructive guidance and suggestions, recommending the establishment and implementation of specific R&D project cost management systems and standards; the creation of an organization-level unified process improvement and supervision team; the development of a performance appraisal system tailored to R&D projects; the establishment of an organizational wealth repository; the formulation of an R&D risk management system; the establishment of clear and reasonable job responsibilities based on the company's business flow; the creation of cross-departmental communication channels to break down departmental silos; and the strengthening of management and supervision of certain system superuser personnel within the company.

Obtaining the CMMI L3 certification is a high affirmation of Bozhon's software engineering development and management, and it acts as a strong boost to the company's process and system management. The standardization of process and system management is crucial for the company's steady and rapid development and is a continuous process of improvement and refinement.
