The year 2018 has quietly passed, and the new year has already arrived. On January 26th, the Broaden 2018 annual meeting kicked off, revolving around the theme of "Seeking Truth and Being Pragmatic, Rigorously Strengthening Internal Skills, Forging Ahead with Determination." Broaden employees gathered together to celebrate and enjoy the festivities.

A dazzling award ceremony, inspiring speeches, a variety of splendid performances, and the excitement of live raffles… This warm, passionate, and forward-moving annual meeting allowed everyone to share an unforgettable January 26th together.

Chairman's Address

Following the splendid sand painting performance, Broaden's Chairman, Lü Shaolin, took the stage to deliver his speech. He reviewed the business summary for 2018 and affirmed its achievements. Broaden was recognized as a national enterprise technology center in 2018, a rare and honorable evaluation, which could not have been achieved without the collective effort and hard work of the Broaden team. However, there were also areas of deficiency and room for improvement that require continuous refinement and progress. The year 2018 saw turbulence both domestically and internationally, and while Broaden was affected, it also encountered new opportunities. He expressed full confidence in this regard.

Looking forward to 2019, Broaden will continue to strengthen its internal capabilities and focus on development. Over the next three years, Broaden will adjust its business layout, deeply cultivating and meticulously working in fields such as non-standard automation, standard machines, key components, digital software products, and intelligent robots, to provide highly competitive products and services, and advance towards the global top tier in its industry. At the same time, Broaden will build a transparent, fair, efficient, and supportive operational system for business layout and expansion, continuously carry out introspection and external observation, and discuss and refine core values, integrating corporate culture into the organizational building process through systems.

After the address, the chairman and Broaden employees together recited the Broaden Commandment, and performed the Broaden Fist with colleagues who demonstrated it, embodying the vigorous and striving spirit of Broaden people through their actions.

Employee Recognition

At Broaden, there is a group of people who are dedicated, persistent, hardworking, and ambitious. They stand firm in their positions, contributing their strength to every advancement of Broaden. They are the source of Broaden's strength and also the role models for all Broaden employees. To thank them for their hard work, at this year's annual meeting, a total of nine awards were presented, including the Ten-Year Contribution Award, Outstanding Craftsman Award, Technical Innovation Award, Sales Elite Award, Best Newcomer Award, Cultural Practice Award, Best Service Award, Change and Improvement Award, and Outstanding Team Award.

Charming Performance

This year's party featured a variety of wonderful performances, including captivating dances, melodious songs, stunning fashion shows, and emotionally rich poetry recitations. Everyone prepared with dedication and rehearsed tirelessly, ultimately delivering a perfect presentation on stage.

Raffle

The final lucky draw segment of the annual meeting pushed the atmosphere on site to a climax time and again. There was warm interaction between those on stage and the audience, with applause and cheers resonating throughout the venue.
