On the morning of April 14th, Li Zhong, a member of the Party Group and Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, Zhang Ying, Director of the Employment Promotion Department of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, along with leaders from the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, the Rights and Interests Protection Department of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Development Department of the All-China Women's Federation, and the Social Services Department of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, visited Bozhon. They were accompanied by Dai Yuanhu, Party Group Secretary and Director of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security, Li Yaping, Deputy Secretary of the Suzhou Municipal Committee and Mayor, among other leaders. Li Fang, Deputy General Manager of Bozhon Precision Technology Co., Ltd., Yu Jun, Director of Human Resources, Deputy Directors Hao Dachuan, Yang Wenxin, and others received the delegation and reported on the development of the company.

Deputy Minister Li Zhong and his delegation visited the Bozhon exhibition hall, where they observed the company's development history and research and development achievements. They had an in-depth exchange with Deputy General Manager Li Fang, gaining a detailed understanding of the company's employment and talent development efforts. They learned that the company has established 5 R&D centers globally, employs 1,484 R&D engineers, and that R&D personnel account for more than 30% of the workforce. By the end of 2020, Bozhon had obtained 1,752 effective authorized patents, including 842 invention patents. Deputy Minister Li Zhong affirmed the company's focus on nurturing innovative talents and achieving advanced scientific research results.
