On the afternoon of January 18, BOZHON held the 2024 Annual Summary Conference & Commendation Ceremony with the theme of "Practice, Breakthrough, and Win-win" in the Headquarters Science Park. This grand ceremony brought together BOZHON people and guests worldwide to look back on the company's glorious course in 2024, witness the moment of glory, and look forward to a bright future.
BOZHON Chairman Lv Shaolin, and EMT members Dong Hao and Jiang Jian delivered a keynote speech titled "Practice, Breakthrough, and Win-win".
First of all, Lv expressed heartfelt respect and gratitude to the BOZHON people from all over the world who were still on the front line at the time of his speech. Then, he introduced the company's best products in 2024 and their breakthroughs. Next, he reviewed the company's major events in 2024. Lv also shared stories about the unity, struggle and hard work of BOZHON people in the year, emphasized the importance of lifelong learning, and showed the company's letters of appreciation from different customers.
BOZHON EMT member Dong Hao thoroughly analyzed the domestic and international situations and industry trends in his speech. He believed that although the current market is facing some uncertain challenges, the business field where BOZHON is engaged has robust growth potential and broad development prospects. He called upon efforts to further boost confidence, accelerate scientific and technological innovation, and maintain strategic focus. Then, he further interpreted the company's strategic direction.
BOZHON EMT member Jiang Jian shared his opinions on the company's operation. He first stressed that BOZHON is facing new challenges in its operation despite new opportunities. Jiang shared the five strategies that the company will implement in 2025, as well as the new goals of cost reduction, efficiency enhancement and quality improvement.
Following Jiang's speech, BOZHON Chairman Lv Shaolin came to the stage again and deeply analyzed the innovation code in the company's corporate culture. He revealed the innovative connotation contained in the company's name, mission, vision and values, and announced seven new goals for the technology innovation center. He led all BOZHON people passionately to look forward to the company's bright future and expected to create a more brilliant future with all of them.
Finally, Lv and BOZHON EMT members read the BOZHON tenet together with all people present at the ceremony. Each line of the tenet echoed in the hall. Every word and voice is full of power and determination.
Chang Lin, Peking University Boya Young Fellow and Doctoral Supervisor, was specially invited to deliver a keynote speech entitled "Photonic Chips Light up the Intelligent Information Era". He deeply analyzed the background, manufacture and application of photonic chips, looked forward to their many new market opportunities and possibilities, and inspired an infinite reverie on future scientific and technological innovation.
