Mainly composed of assembly, coating/taping, welding, and testing process sections:
The assembly section is composed of equipment such as material pre-treatment, module pre-stacking, and module stacking, mainly completing battery assembly;
The coating/taping section is composed of equipment such as cell taping, end plate taping, side plate coating, module coating, water-cooling plate coating, laser etching, plasma treatment, mainly completing the bonding between materials;
The welding section is composed of equipment such as laser welding, ultrasonic welding, resistance welding (cylindrical battery) , mainly completing the series-parallel welding of cells and welding of structural parts;
The detection section is composed of equipment such as insulation testing/withstand high voltage testing, OCV/DCR testing, leak testing, welding testing, appearance inspection, mainly completing incoming materials testing before module assembly, size and electrical performance testing after module assembly.
