BOZHON was Invited to Attend the 4th New Energy Engineering and Industry Development Conference

On June 28-29, the 4th New Energy Engineering and Industrial Development Conference was successfully held in Changzhou, whose theme is "New Energy Intelligent Manufacturing and Industry Chain Going Abroad". The R&D and production engineers and technicians from nearly 400 automobile OEMs and battery motor manufacturers, more than 150 primary and secondary original equipment suppliers, and more than 2,500 enterprise core decision-makers attended this conference. Bozhon and Tecnomatic, an Italian flat-wire motor manufacturing equipment company, were invited.

At the conference, Wang Siquan, technical consultant and sales director of Bozhon Automotive Automation Division, delivered a guest speech with the theme of "High Reliability & Cost-effective Flexible Automation Production Line for Flat Stators". He shared a detailed introduction to the development history, business layout, innovative R&D capabilities of Bozhon and Tecnomatic.

He said that with the improved performance of new energy vehicles and the rapid development of the market, more requirements are posed for drive motors. As the flat wire motor technology plays a significant role in improving motor power density and efficiency and reducing loss, the development trend of high power density and lightweight of motor makes flat wire motor an inevitable trend.

However, due to the difficulties in the design, technology, equipment, flat wire and loss of flat wire motor, only a few domestic flat wire motor enterprises have achieved mass production of flat wire motors, and the penetration rate has always been difficult to improve, far from satisfying the growing demand for new energy vehicles.

In view of this, Bozhon and Tecnomatic further reached a strategic alliance one month ago after several years of friendly cooperation.After reaching a strategic alliance, both parties attach great importance to this cooperation and have  formed a special project team, consisting of a professional design team from Tecnomatic Italy, and application design engineering, full-time assembly & commissioning, and after-sales service teams from Bozhon. This move not only introduces foreign mature and stable flat wire motor production line design, R&D, and production manufacturing capabilities from the technical end, but also combines with the comprehensive capabilities of domestic perfect supply chain system, rapid response, and full cycle three-dimensional services, which can greatly leverage cost and delivery advantages, allowing local motor enterprises to have the opportunity to purchase reliable and stable product quality, cost-effective products, and high-quality product services. Thus, to some extent, it can solve the pain points in the current flat wire motor equipment market and inject more vitality into the development of the entire flat wire motor equipment market.

He also elaborated on the merits of Tecnomatic flat wire motor stator production line: copper wires do not need to be cut flat before laser welding, reducing copper consumption, process equipment, and quality risks; the two processes of turning and flaring are completed on the same equipment and the same mold, reducing process equipment and ensuring that the flat wire at the B end is flush and directly enters the welding process and etc.

Meanwhile, Bozhon and Tecnomatic also set up a joint booth at the venue to show the flagship  products of flat wire motor stator line, new energy motor stator assembly line, new energy flat wire motor rotor production line and so on to the guests, which attracted extensive attention of motor users among the guests, who consulted about these products one after another. A number of cooperation intentions have been reached at the conference.

This event is the second joint appearance of Bozhon Precision and Tecnomatic following the Shanghai "CHP2023 5th China New Energy Vehicle Flat Wire Motor Conference and Innovative Technology Product Exhibition" since their cooperation. Through this conference, the motor industry chain enterprises have gained a further understanding of the strength, innovation, and development direction of Bozhon and Tecnomatic in the field of motor equipment.

Successfully participating in this event further promoted the smooth progress of various cooperation between the two sides.
