On December 5th, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of China announced the fourth batch of candidates for service-oriented manufacturing demonstration from Jiangsu Province. Bozhon Precision Machinery, with its years of continuous deep cultivation in the equipment manufacturing industry, successfully won the national-level honor of being a service-oriented manufacturing demonstration enterprise.

This selection is directly initiated by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Only manufacturing enterprises with distinct characteristics of service-oriented manufacturing are eligible to participate in the selection. Each provincial industrial and information administration department can recommend no more than 10 demonstration enterprises. After preliminary review by the provincial authorities and submission to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry organizes expert reviews and conducts on-site inspections of the applying enterprises. Only after passing all these stages can an enterprise be awarded this honor.

Different from traditional manufacturing, service-oriented manufacturing combines the characteristics of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries. It is a new manufacturing model and industrial form that integrates manufacturing and services, and it represents an important direction for the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry.
