From June 7th to 9th, 2023, the "Second Shanghai International Charging Pile and Battery Swapping Station Exhibition 2023" (CPSE 2023), was successfully held at the Shanghai Automobile Exhibition Center. BOZHON appeared at the exhibition on invitation with its products including the commercial vehicle and passenger car battery charging and swapping stations, charging piles, intelligent station control system, cloud platform system, commercial vehicle battery box and base bracket, and gained popularity among the visitors. Reportedly, the exhibition was attended by more 500 enterprises specializing in charging piles, battery swapping stations, PV power storage and charging equipment, energy storage equipment, battery swapping cabinets, accessories, and/or batteries, as well as a total of over 25,000 purchasers and professional visitors.
At the "9th China International EV Charging & Battery Swapping Industry Conference 2023" held during the corresponding period, one of the most influential battery charging and swapping conferences to be based in the industry, BOZHON won the "China Battery Swapping Technology Innovation Award" and "China Quality Excellence Award for Top Ten Players in Battery Charging and Swapping Industry" with its mature and reliable battery charging and swapping technology and widely applicable well-established commercial vehicle and passenger car battery charging and swapping techniques. Wu Xiaoping, General Manager of BOZHON Battery Charging and Swapping Division, received the award on behalf of the Company.
As the first commercial vehicle battery swapping station to be launched in China, it boasts a mode of battery swapping through the roof or chassis, ensuring higher operating efficiency and stability, making it possible to meet the requirements for the high-intensity use of heavy trucks, mining trucks and other commercial vehicles. Besides, the battery swapping station is suitable for many types of heavy trucks and mining trucks, with the number of batteries selectable according to the operation requirements; it adapts itself to the truck when it tilts to any side; a large-wheelbase adjusting range is available, and the device applies to more application scenarios.
The passenger car battery swapping station boasts higher operating efficiency, with swapping services provided for more than 400 passenger cars a day at the success rate of 99.9%. This means better stability. The battery swapping station is equipped with an intelligent control system for intelligent comprehensive management and safety monitoring over the people, station, vehicles and batteries. The battery level and state can be detected automatically to ensure the safety and reliability of battery swapping.
The station boasts a standard modular design of components, so that it is easy to assemble and maintain, making it possible to quickly respond to user needs; moreover, parking space design can be adopted for the station, so that it covers a small area and supports vehicle traveling and backup. Flexibly arranged, the station can meet different spatial requirements.

They gave a detailed introduction to the development status, pain spots, difficulties and future development trend of the battery charging and swapping industry, as well as BOZHON's core competitiveness, business layout and future development plan with regard to battery charging and swapping.
In 2020, the battery charging and swapping industry ushered in a period of policy dividends. Some national departments including the State Council, National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has successively issued related policies to guide and support the development of the EV battery charging and swapping industry. They have also formulated goal planning and code requirements for the industry, established a battery swapping supervision platform, and set up a sound a technical standard system for battery swapping, bringing into being an industrial ecosystem of battery swapping and a battery swapping policy support system.
The policies have exerted a more positive influence on the battery swapping industry, causing all stakeholders to accelerate the construction of battery swapping stations, so that the battery swapping industry is ushering in a period of rapid development. In 2022, the number of battery swapping stations increased to 1,973, up 52% from 2021. Judging from the speed of development in recent years, there may be 2,400 battery swapping stations in China in 2023.
